Bjelanjke umutiti u mikserom u \u010dvrst snijeg. Ne prestajati s mu\u0107enjem i dodavati 90 grama \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U loncu zakuhati 10 \u017elica vode, dodati preostali \u0161e\u0107er i kuhati 3 minute. Voda sa \u0161e\u0107erom, bude pjenu\u0161ava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vru\u0107u smjesu uliti u \u010dvrst snijeg bjelanjaka, mije\u0161ati dok se malo smjesa ne ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puniti \u0161aum role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krema za \u0161aum role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnovna krema je od bjelanjka, poznata pod nazivom \u0161aum, po njoj su \u0161aum role dobile i ime.
