Oba su jako ukusna, te mnogi kada jedu baklavu ne mogu primijetiti razliku. Za starinski recept je potrebno raditi tijesto za baklavu, ispod je recept za tijesto za baklavu, no, u novije vrijeme ima i puno dostupnih gotovih kora \/ listova \/ jufki od kojih se rade odli\u010dne baklave. Ja sam radila od svih varijanti i baklava uvijek bude odli\u010dna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremiti nadjev tako da se pomije\u0161a mljevene i sjeckane orahe, vaniliju i naribanu koricu limuna, sve dobro izmije\u0161ati kako bi smjesa bila ujedna\u010dena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U kockasti lim stavite malo ulja pa dvije kore, malo poprskati uljem po tijestu, zatim slijedi nadjev. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posipati ravnomjerno orahe pa stavljati kore, a svaku koru malo poprskati uljem, i tako dok se ne potro\u0161e sastojci, tijesto mora biti zadnje preko oraha i opet poprskati uljem. Izrezati na kockice po \u017eelji veli\u010dine. Staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 250 stupnjeva, smanjiti temperaturu na 200 i pe\u0107i 30 do 40 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vru\u0107u pe\u010denu baklavu preliti vru\u0107im prokuhanim sirupom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema preljeva za baklavu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U dublji lonac staviti vodu i \u0161e\u0107er te na krugove izrezani limun. Zagrijati da prokuha, promije\u0161ati. Kada se dobije glatka smjesa ostavite je dvadesetak do trideset minuta da odstoji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga ponovno zamijesite tijesto i oblikujte vi\u0161e malih loptica. Ovisno o veli\u010dini pleha izre\u017eite razvaljano tijesto na komade veli\u010dine pleha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sad imate doma\u0107e kore za pripremu baklave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostatak postupka je isti da li koristili doma\u0107e tijesto za baklavu ili kupovno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slaganje baklave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nauljite pleh ili nama\u017eite margarinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako \u0107ete dalje pripremati baklavu ovisi i o tome koliko ste tanko razvili tijesto za baklavu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ako je ono dosta tanko (a bolje je da je tanje) tada na dnu slo\u017eite tri kore, malo poprskati uljem potom stavite nadjev, pa onda dvije kore, poprskati uljem pa nadjev, pa dvije kore, poprskati uljem, pa nadjev. No, nekada prije je dosta vremena se tro\u0161ilo i na pripremu oraha, budu\u0107i da su se orasi \u010duvali neoguljeni u kori, te tek kada se trebaju upotrijebiti su se gulili. U tom slu\u010daju je dosta vremena odlazilo na pripremu oraha za baklavu, guljenje i mljevenje. Stoga kada netko ka\u017ee da je baklava kompliciran kola\u010d nemojte se \u010duditi.
