Kombinacija te slatko\u0107e odli\u010dno se sla\u017ee i s orasima u hurma\u0161icama. Kod nas su hurma\u0161ice tradicionalni recept koji se \u010desto priprema i za blagdane. Ispod su dva recepta koja \u010desto koristim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hurma\u0161ice recept sa orasima<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hurma\u0161ice (bez oraha)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hurma\u0161ice s kokosom &#8211; vi\u0161e:  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=13402\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=13402\">Hurma\u0161ice s kokosom \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hurma\u0161ice s orasima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci za hurma\u0161ice s orasima<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g izrezanih oraha<br>200 g bra\u0161na mekog<br>200 g bra\u0161na o\u0161trog<br>1 margarin<br>2 dl kiselog vrhnja<br>1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo<br>2 \u017eumanjka<br>1 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za sirup:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pola litre vode<br>pola kg \u0161e\u0107era<br>1 limun<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><br>Margarin omek\u0161ati na sobnu temperaturu, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i \u017eumanjke pa dobro izmiksat mikserom da smjesa bude glatka, u to dodati bra\u0161no obje vrste, a u bra\u0161no smo ve\u0107 izmije\u0161ali pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Sve to zamijesiti vrhnjem da bude tijesto glatko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto ostaviti jedan sat, kad je odstajalo uzimajte male komadi\u0107e tijesta veli\u010dine oraha, rastanjite ga i oblikujte na ribe\u017e da ostane ukras od ribe\u017ea, u sredinu staviti oraha i poslagati u lim za pe\u010denje. Pe\u0107i na 200 da porumene pa vru\u0107e preliti vru\u0107om vodom i \u0161e\u0107erom koju smo prokuhali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hurma\u0161ice bez oraha &#8211; jednostavne hurma\u0161ice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci za hurma\u0161ice<br><\/strong>250 g bra\u0161na mekog<br>250 g bra\u0161na o\u0161trog<br>1 margarin ili dvije male \u0161alice ulja<br>2 dl kiselog vrhnja<br>1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo<br>2 \u017eumanjka<br>1 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci za sirup<br><\/strong>pola litre vode<br>pola kilograma \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong><br>Omek\u0161ali margarin ili ulje staviti u zdjelu dodati jaja odnosno \u017eumanjke te dobro izmiksati. Dodati bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano s pra\u0161kom za pecivo. Zamijesiti dok se ne dobije smjesa koja se mo\u017ee oblikovati rukama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto ostaviti oko sat vremena u fri\u017eideru, te potom oblikujte male kuglice ukom, izdu\u017euite je u oblik valjka. Prokuati te kuhati oko 5 minuta i skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gotove vru\u0107e hurma\u0161ice preliti preljevom i ostaviti da upiju preljev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hurma\u0161ice &#8211; dodatno sastojci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci &#8211; \u010desto se mogu na\u0107i recepti za hurma\u0161ice s kokosom, s orasima ili bez i\u010dega. S obzirom da je priprema hurma\u0161ica bila uobi\u010dajena i ra\u0161irena, normalno je da su postojale brojne varijante, doma\u0107ice su ga prilago\u0111avale i dodavale sastojke koji su im se svi\u0111ali. Osim toga nije ni uvijek bilo dovoljno oraha, te su se morale raditi i bez oraha, ali nisu ni svi voljeli orahe. Stoga se i pojam starinskih hurma\u0161ica razlikuje. I dok se kod nas u ku\u0107i pravilo \u0161e\u0107e hurma\u0161ice na jedan na\u010din, ve\u0107 kod susjede se pravio druga\u010dije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hurma\u0161ice i \u0161e\u0107er<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hurma\u0161ice su sladak kola\u010d i to je jednostavno tako. Hurma\u0161ice su odli\u010dan kola\u010d, pa ako ne volite jako slatke kola\u010de, nema potrebe da odustanete od hurma\u0161ica, samo napravite varijantu s manje \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja \u010desto smanjim koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era jer moji uku\u0107ani vi\u0161e vole one malo manje slatke hurma\u0161ice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko vode za preljev hurma\u0161ica?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Koli\u010dina vode u preljevu se u mnogim receptima razlikuje. Neke hurma\u0161ice dobiju toliko vode da se skroz mekane, dok neke mogu biti tvr\u0111e. Tako da \u0107e se prema preferencijama razlikovati koli\u010dina vode u receptu. Uz to razlikuje se i vrijeme kuhanja preljeva. On mo\u017ee prokuhati i kuhati par minuta, ali ga mo\u017eete kuhati i du\u017ee. Tada \u0107e dio vode ispariti te \u0107e manje biti u preljevu. Pola litre je osnovna varijanta recepta. Smanjite koli\u010dinu ako \u017eelite malo tvr\u0111e hurma\u0161ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moja preferencija su srednje tvrde hurma\u0161ice, ne volim kad postanu ka\u0161aste, te radije smanjim koli\u010dinu vode, te da nisu preslatke. Stoga znam i smanjiti koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era iz recepta. Znam da je to takav kola\u010d, ali meni vi\u0161e odgovara ako smanjim koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era. Kola\u010d je i takav super ukusan, te ako ne pravite hurma\u0161ice jer su vam previ\u0161e slatke, mo\u017eete poku\u0161ati s manje \u0161e\u0107era, a ako su vam previ\u0161e mekane smanjite i koli\u010dinu vode.
