Od dobivene smjese odvojiti manji dio (za vratove), a od preostalog napraviti dio ve\u0107ih i isto toliko manjih krugova debljine cca 3 mm (cca 60 ve\u0107ih i 60 manjih).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manje krugove obavezno prije pe\u010denja presje\u0107i po sredini (to \u0107e biti krila), a od ostatka tijesta napraviti tanke rezance i saviti vratove (npr.kao ? ili S).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i na cca 170 st.C.<br><strong><br>Priprema kreme:<\/strong><br>Zakuhati 1\/2 litre mlijeka sa 20 dag \u0161e\u0107era i 5 punih \u017elica bra\u0161na, pa dobro ohladiti, zatim dodati prethodno izra\u0111enu 1\/2 maslaca ili margarina i pustiti u fri\u017eideru da se dobro ohladi.<br>Ovu filu staviti u \u0161pricu i obilato ukrasiti ve\u0107e koluti\u0107e, zatim u tu kremu umetnuti krila \/, a u sredinu na mjestu gdje se sastaju 2 krila staviti vrat. Dobije se cca 60 komada.
