Pe\u0107i na vanjskoj strani pleha koji treba prethodno premazati maslacem ili uljem (ili koristiti papir za pe\u010denje). Po \u017eelji u kremu dodati malo \u010dokolade za kuhanje (cca 50 grama), ali ne mora. Maknuti s vatre i u jo\u0161 vru\u0107e dodati 1 maslac ili margarin. Krema je gotova i nakon par minuta mo\u017ee se filat, ne treba \u010dekati da se ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za vrh i dno odabrati najljep\u0161e kore, ostale za sredinu, jednakomjerno rasporediti kremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na gornju koru ide glazura od \u010dokolade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za glazuru od \u010dokolade za ma\u0111aricu:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Madarica.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Madarica.gif\" alt=\"Ma\u0111arica\" class=\"wp-image-30751\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>100 grama \u010dokolade (najbolje crne ili \u010dokolade za kuhanje)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Madarica.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Madarica.gif\" alt=\"Ma\u0111arica\" class=\"wp-image-30751\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u017elice ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagano otopiti 10 dag (100 grama) \u010dokolade (najbolje u jo\u0161 toploj rerni), maknuti s vatre i dodati 3 \u017elice ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite deblji sloj glazure, ili imate ve\u0107i pleh vodite ra\u010duna o omjeru.<br>Jako je va\u017eno srazmjerno pove\u0107ati ulje i \u010dokoladu, 15 dag \u010dokolade i 4,5 \u017elice ulja ili 20 dag \u010dokolade 6 \u017elica ulja. Dobro izmije\u0161ati da se ujedna\u010di i preliti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pita treba odstajati najmanje preko no\u0107i da kore upiju kremu i da se glazura stvrdne. Otkinuti okrajke, a ostalo rezati na kocke, mo\u017ee i manje komade (kao bajadera).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept je isproban, fenomenalan je i izda\u0161an, nije skup, a \u0161to je najva\u017enije svi su odu\u0161evljeni. Probajte!<br>Ne treba pani\u010dariti oko kora, \u010dak i u slu\u010daju da jedna pukne stavi se u sredinu i sve je ok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept poslala: An\u00c4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ma\u0111arica &#8211; detaljnije recept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ma\u0111arica priprema kreme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi krema bila jednoli\u010dna i bez grudica, prvo izmije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er i kakao, te potom pomalo dodavati mlijeko. Ako vam se \u010dini da je bra\u0161no ili kako grudvasto, najbolje je upotrijebiti malo cjedilo i kroz njega protresti bra\u0161no i potom i kakao. Kako bi bra\u0161no ili kako i\u0161li kroz cjedilo, mo\u017eete \u017elicom mije\u0161ati i razbiti grudice.<br>Potom u to dodati mlijeko, dobro ujedna\u010diti \u017elicom ili pjenja\u010dom, te kada mlijeko zakuha dodavati u mlijeko neprestano mije\u0161aju\u0107i nekoliko minuta dok se ne zgusne. Kada skinete s vatre, dodati maslac i sve dobro izmije\u0161ati. Krema \u0107e biti teku\u0107a, ali gusta. Toplu (skoro vru\u0107u) kremu preliti preko kora, jer kako se krema hladi tako \u0107e postajati gu\u0161\u0107a i bit \u0107e je te\u017ee ravnomjerno nanijeti na kore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da se za ma\u0111aricu radi 5 kora, a da na zadnju koru ide \u010dokoladna glazura, kremu treba ra\u010dunati da ide na 4 kore. Ne treba razdvajati na \u010detiri dijela, ali voditi ra\u010duna da se otprilike ravnomjerno rasporedi krema. Kremu treba gledati da se stavi do rubova, ali ostavite malo, jer kada stavite sljede\u0107u koru i pritisnete da se spoji s krmom, krema \u0107e se razliti prema kraju. No, opet bitno je i da je ima dovoljno do krajeva kako krajevi ne bi ostali suhi.
