Hladne plate s narescima razli\u010ditih tipova su kod nas tradicija. Iako se mogu poslu\u017eivati na razli\u010dite na\u010dine te se povremeno mijenjaju stilovi i na\u010din prezentiranja, kao i namirnice koje se uklju\u010duju u hladnu platu.<br>Modernije verzije serviranja \u010desto su na drvenim daskama za rezanje koje su sada postale i za serviranje. No, ponekad koristim i klasi\u010dne tanjure za serviranje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok su ranije dobro slo\u017eene plate uglavnom imale neku \u010dvrstu strukturu i bile su pravilno slo\u017eene i oblikovane, danas se sve vi\u0161e tra\u017ei sloboda slaganja, oblikovanja i kombiniranja na platama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko je bitno \u0161to se stavi na platu i, ponekad je jednako bitno i kako izgleda. I dok se nekad preferiralo da sve izgleda sli\u010dno, danas je u trendu raznolikost. Ja na platama volim kombinirati razli\u010dito narezane sireve, razli\u010ditih debljina \u0161nita, ali i kombinirat s kockama na koje je \u010desto narezan parmezan. \u010cini mi se da \u0161to vi\u0161e vrsta sira imam na plati da to plata dobije vi\u0161e pohvala. Sre\u0107om i ponuda sireva sa za\u010dinima, sa ora\u0161astim plodovima i sli\u010dno je sve ve\u0107a. Ideje za vrste sira na plati: mozzarela, ementaler tvrdi sir, gouda, kravlji tvrdi sir, trapist, livanjski sir, istarski sir, parmezan, pa\u0161ki tvrdi sir, dimenji sir, \u0161kripavac, sirevi sa za\u010dinima&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Od povr\u0107a kombiniram male raj\u010dice, kisele krastavce, masline\u2026 No, ponekad uklju\u010dim i matovilac, i sli\u010dne salate. One \u0107e u svakom slu\u010daju izgledati prili\u010dno efektno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemam neko strogo pravilo \u0161to stavljam na platu, nego kada mi zatreba kombiniram od onoga \u0161to ima u fri\u017eideru, ili ako imam vremena odem u kupovinu i izaberem od onoga \u0161to je trenutno zanimljivo u ponudi. Mo\u017ee biti slatka, slana, lako ju je spremiti, a gotovo da ne mo\u017eete prona\u0107i gosta koji se ne\u0107e razveseliti poslu\u017eenoj hladnoj plati.
