Prakti\u010dno je jer se samo meso i umak du\u017ee kuhaju, njoke brzo, te ih je jednostavno pripremiti kada se jelo treba poslu\u017eivati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za pa\u0161ticadu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg govedine od buta<br>50 g pancete<br>4 re\u017enja \u010de\u0161njaka<br>1 \u017eli\u010dica klin\u010di\u0107a<br>200 g suhih \u0161ljiva<br>100 ml pro\u0161eka<br>150 g raj\u010dice pelati<br>ulje<br>sol i papar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za marinadu<\/strong> sastojci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>700 ml crnog vina<br>2 mrkve<br>1 glavica luka<br>2 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br>1\/6 celerovog korijena<br>1 \u017eli\u010dica papra u zrnu<br>200 ml vinskog octa<br>2 lovorova lista<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema pa\u0161ticade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso operemo, ocijedimo, nabodemo klin\u010di\u0107ima, \u0161tapi\u0107ima \u010de\u0161njaka i pancete. Tako pripremljeno meso polo\u017eimo u zdjelu, prelijemo pripremljenom marinadom i ostavimo u hladnjaku preko no\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinirano meso ocijedimo i osu\u0161imo pa kratko popr\u017eimo sa svih strana u loncu na vru\u0107em ulju. Dodamo ocije\u0111eno povr\u0107e iz marinade (mrkva, luk, celerov korijen), za\u010dinimo solju, paprom i pirjamo na srednje jakoj vatri, povremeno okre\u0107u\u0107i meso, dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim u lonac dodamo raj\u010dicu, polovicu \u0161ljiva, podlijemo vodom i kuhamo na laganoj vatri otprilike jedan sat, odnosno dok meso ne omek\u0161a (po potrebi podlijevamo s malo vode).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je meso gotovo, izvadimo ga i nare\u017eemo na plo\u0161ke, a umak izmiksamo \u0161tapnim mikserom. Na koncu dodamo pro\u0161ek, ostatak \u0161ljiva, promije\u0161amo i kada zavri, maknemo s vatre. Na tanjure stavimo plo\u0161ke mesa, prelijemo umakom i poslu\u017eimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eemo poslu\u017eiti uz skuhane njoke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pa\u0161ticada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u0161ticada je jelo koje se radi s dobrim mesom, ali i s puno drugih sastojaka. Zato se ona \u010desto priprema za blagdane i ve\u0107a obiteljska slavlja. S obzirom da ide puno razli\u010ditih sastojaka, i priprema se u fazama ona zahtjeva vremena, i treba slijediti korake, a ako se radi manja koli\u010dina, ne\u0107e se smanjiti odnosno skratiti vrijeme pripreme. Zato je pa\u0161ticada bolji izbor za ve\u0107i ru\u010dak, odnosno kao ru\u010dak za vi\u0161e osoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso i umak, bogati gusti umak su ono \u0161to pa\u0161ticadu \u010dini posebnom. Umak \u0107e biti gust, taman, posebnog bogatog okusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u0161ticadu se mo\u017ee pripremiti ranije, a njoke prije poslu\u017eivanja. Zbog ve\u0107e koli\u010dine koja se dobije, te \u0161to je lako skuhati i ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu njoka, pa\u0161ticada je odli\u010dan izbor za ve\u0107a okupljanja, zasitna je, a opet zanimljivo i bogato jelo koje se ne pravi \u010desto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S \u010dim poslu\u017eiti pa\u0161ticadu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u0161ticada se tradicionalno poslu\u017euje s njokama. Nekad se to radilo obavezno s doma\u0107im njokama, a danas se \u010desto koriste i kupovne (ako kupujete njoke birajte one kvalitetnije). Njoke kupljene ili pripremljene unaprijed se prije poslu\u017eivanja skuhaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u0161ticada se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i uz pire krumpir, pe\u010deni krumpir, ri\u017eu, ali referiram njoke jer je to posebno jelo koje se onda dobije potpuni efekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treba li marinirati meso za pa\u0161ticadu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi pa\u0161ticada bila dobra, meso treba marinirati i ostaviti u marinadi neko vrijeme, najbolje preko no\u0107i. Na taj se na\u010din za\u010dini spoje i lijepo upiju u meso. Pa\u0161ticada je na taj na\u010din so\u010dnija i bogatijih okusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to se stavlja u marinadu za pa\u0161ticadu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U marinadu ide crno vino, mrkva, luk, \u010de\u0161njak, celerov korijen, papar, ocat, lovorov list&#8230; Samo za marinadu treba vi\u0161e sastojaka, to je ono \u0161to pa\u0161ticadu \u010dini posebnom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ba\u0161 \u017eelite neki sastojci se mogu presko\u010diti, ali kako bi bila u svom punom okusu, trebalo bi staviti sve sastojke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
