Filete bakalara narezati na manje komade (2 \u2013 3). \u010ce\u0161njak i per\u0161in sitno nasjeckati. Slagati u redove u posudu u kojoj \u0107e se pe\u0107i, prethodnu namazanu maslinovim uljem. Redom sla\u017eemo krumpir, bakalar, \u010de\u0161njak, per\u0161in i svaki red posolimo i popaprimo, pa ponovo dok ne potro\u0161imo sastojke. Zadnji sloj je krumpir. Sve malo zalijemo maslinovim uljem (4 \u2013 5 \u017elica), pa vinom do recimo 3\/4 visine posude. Pokrijemo folijom i pe\u010demo u pe\u0107nici na 180 stupnjeva C oko 60 min.
