Da bi kola\u010d bio odli\u010dan bitno je dobro napraviti tijesto, ali i da je krema lagana, kremasta i odli\u010dnog okusa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ispod su dvije varijante kreme za princes krafne, klasi\u010dni recept sa dva sloja kreme, \u017euta i bijela krema, te druga opcija kreme za princes krafne, samo krema od vanilije (lagana krema za princes krafne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Princes krafne mogu biti ideja pripreme krafni za poklade i ma\u0161kare, ali i odli\u010dan kola\u010d tijekom cijele godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za princes krafne<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>tijesto<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u010da\u0161e vode<br>1 \u010da\u0161a ulja<br>12 \u017elica bra\u0161na<br>malo soli<br>6 jaja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci &#8211; za kremu za princes krafne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u017duta krema &#8211; vanilin puding krema za princes krafne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1 litra mlijeka<br>3 pudinga od vanilije<br>7 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br>2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br>1 obi\u010dni margarin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bijela krema sa slatkim vrhnjem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd l \u0161laga (slatkog vrhnja)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160e\u0107er u prahu za posipanje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema princes krafni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Staviti vodu, malo soli i ulje da prokuha, skinuti s vatre, zatim dodati bra\u0161no.<br> Sve promije\u0161ati i vratiti na vatru. Mije\u0161ati da se dobije jednoli\u010dna masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostaviti da se smjesa ohladi zatim dodati 1 po 1 svih 6 jaja. Dobro umutiti sve skupa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107om \u0161pricom se mogu oblikovati kugle s tijestom, ili izvaditi \u017elicom te vrh krafni oblikovati vilicom da dobije za njih specifi\u010dan oblik na vrhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Princeze pe\u0107i na 180 &#8211; 200 stupnjeva dok ne dobiju zlatno \u017eutu boju (oko 40 minuta, ovisno o veli\u010dini princes krafni). Tijekom pe\u010denja ne otvarati pe\u0107nicu, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema puding kreme za princes krafne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 litru mlijeka, 3pudinga od vanilije, 7 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era, 2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era, 1 obi\u010dni margarin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti mlijeko da kuha, pudinge razmutiti s malo mlijeka i \u0161e\u0107erom, te dodati u uzavrelo mlijeko. Kad se krema ohladi dodati izra\u0111eni margarin sa vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odvojeno stu\u0107i pola litre \u0161laga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Punjenje princes krafni<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad su gotove ohladiti, razrezati, nadjenuti jednom \u017elicom kreme, jednom \u0161laga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se puniti \u017elicom ili slasti\u010darskom \u0161pricom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu za dekoraciju<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vanilin krema za princes krafne &#8211; puding krema za princes krafne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Princes krafne karakteriziraju dvije kreme, od vanilije \u017euta i \u0161lag, odnosno slatko vrhnje, bijela krema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lagana krema za princes krafne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto se mogu vidjeti i princes krafne samo s jednom kremom, odnosno samo \u017euta krema s okusom vanilije. Za takvu kremu nije potreban margarin, stoga je ona dobar izbor za one koji \u017eele manje kalori\u010dan kola\u010d ili \u017eele presko\u010diti margarin te dobiju lak\u0161u verziju kreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proces pripreme kreme ne\u0161to druga\u010diji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za laganu kremu od vanilije za princes krafne:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1 litra mlijeka<br>3 pudinga od vanilije<br>7 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br>2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Ista kao u prvom receptu, ali bez margarina)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhati pudinge po mjeri u receptu, 3 pudinga u litri mlijeka. U zdjelu istresti pra\u0161ak za pudinge, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, promije\u0161ati da se ujedna\u010di \u0161e\u0107er i prah pa dodati malo mlijeka (100-200 ml). Mije\u0161ati da se dobije u hladnom mlijeku jednoli\u010dna smjesa bez grudica. Ostatak mlijeka staviti u dublji lonac da prokuha, kad je blizu kuhanja, skinuti sa strane, dodati smjesu pudinga i mlijeka, te mije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom. Vratiti na \u0161tednjak, mije\u0161aju\u0107i kuhati na laganoj vatri 3-4 minuta, dok smjesa ne postane skroz gusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se skuha puding ostaviti da se ohladi. Kada se ohladi nemojte dodati margarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odvojeno umutiti vrhnje za \u0161lag i kad je skoro umu\u0107eno dodati \u017elicu po \u017elicu ohla\u0111enog pudinga. Sve skupa dobro ujedna\u010diti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takvu kremu \u017elicom ili slasti\u010darskom \u0161pricom staviti u razrezane princes krafne, odnosno na donje tijesto i poklopiti drugim dijelom tijesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovako se dobije prozra\u010dna krema za princes krafne koja se topi u ustima. Ranije se \u010de\u0161\u0107e koristila krema od \u017eumanjaka i \u0161kroba, slasti\u010darska krema, \u017eumanjci se skuhaju u mlijeku sa \u0161e\u0107erom i \u0161krobom, a potom se u tu kremu umuti margarin.
