Svinjski kotleti pripremljeni na ovaj na\u010din su kombinacija pohanog mesa i punjenih kotleta, priprema je ne\u0161to du\u017ea, budu\u0107i da je kotlete potrebno napuniti, potom pohati i pr\u017eiti, no, rezultat je odli\u010dan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za punjene kotlete<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 6 svinjskih kotleta<br>&#8211; 100 gr sira (gaude ili nekog sli\u010dnog)<br>&#8211; 100 gr \u0161unke<br>&#8211; 1 \u017elica vrhnja<br>&#8211; sol, papar i vegeta<br>&#8211; ulje za pr\u017eenje<br>&#8211; 1 dcl vina<br>&#8211; 1 dcl vode<br>&#8211; 1 jaje<br>&#8211; 2 \u017elice vrhom pune bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema punjenih kotleta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kotlete izrezati na odreske debljine kao normalna dva, prerezati na pola svaku kotletu do kosti i natrljati za\u010dinima sa svih strana, ostavit desetak minuta da omek\u0161a. Ako su deblji mo\u017eete ih stanjiti batom, ali ne na debljinu \u0161nicle, nego samo malo stanjiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sir i \u0161unku izrezati na sitne kockice i u to stavit pavlaku ili kiselo vrhnje. Sve dobro ujedinit i stavljati u kotlete, pri\u010dvrstiti \u010da\u010dkalicama da smjesa ne curi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uvaljati punjene kotlete u bra\u0161no i mrvice pa u umu\u0107ena jaja i odmah u tavu na zagrijano ulje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i 2-3 minute pr\u017eiti na jednu stranu, potom okrenuti i pr\u017eiti 2-3 minute na drugu stranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi u tepsiju s poklopcem i poklopiti da se ne hladi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na masno\u0107u u kojoj smo pr\u017eili kotlete izliti vino i vodu, dodati malo soli (prstohvat soli) i pustiti da prokuha. Tako prokuhanu smjesu preliti preko kotleta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu (na najja\u010de i kad stavimo kotlete smanjiti na 200 stupnjeva C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako pe\u0107i 20tak minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme pe\u010denja u pe\u0107nici je 20 minuta. Njega prilagodim ako netko ne\u0161to voli ili ne voli, no ovakvo punjenje svinjskih kotleta u ovom receptu mi se pokazalo najboljim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovako pripremljeni svinjski kotleti su odli\u010dno glavno jelo. Odli\u010dno \u0107e i\u0107i pire krumpir, ali i razna povr\u0107a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada nemam goste, nego samo radim za uku\u0107ane, oni ne \u017eele prilog nego samo salatu. Ovakvi svinjski kotleti su zaista bogati, imaju vi\u0161e sastojaka, tako da \u0107e bogata salata pored biti dovoljna. No, povr\u0107e na razne na\u010dine je tako\u0111er dobar prilog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakvi kotleti su jako ukusni i kad se ohlade. Na odre\u0111eni na\u010din se sve pove\u017ee prilikom hla\u0111enja, tako da ako ste napravili koji vi\u0161e, ili da se slu\u010dajno nisu svi pojeli, \u0161to je te\u0161ko i rijetko, mo\u017eete ih spremiti za ve\u010deru ili za sutradan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod pripreme punjenih kotlete bitno je da \u010da\u010dkalicama dobro spojite kotlete kaos e ne bi razdvojile. Zato je dobro kada su kotleti s kostima budu\u0107i da onda s jedne strane ih kost dr\u017ei spojenima, a s druge trebate zatvoriti i spojiti \u010da\u010dkalicama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato je dobro kotlete za ovaj recept kupiti kod mesara kako bi vam narezao deblje kotlete, a da ih vi kod ku\u0107e prere\u017eete na pola, a da na kraju ostanu spojena oba kotleta na situ kost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept se mo\u017ee raditi i od pojedina\u010dnih kotleta s kostima, kao i da prije pripreme odvojite kost.
