Povremeno mije\u0161ati i ako treba smanjiti temperaturu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon tog vremena dodati \u017elicu bra\u0161na i mije\u0161ati dok ne postane zlatne boje. Dodati vode koliko vam treba umaka i jo\u0161 malo promije\u0161ati. Nastaviti kuhati jo\u0161 dvadesetak minuta da se sve dobro ujedna\u010di. Provjeriti da li je dovoljno slano i ako treba jo\u0161 malo posoliti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Ako se koristi gustin, njega dodati u pola \u0161alice hladne vode, dobro promije\u0161ati i izliti na meso, potom dodati jo\u0161 vode. Nastaviti kuhati dvadesetak minuta sve skupa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eiti na istom tanjuru pire i mesni umak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to mo\u017ee jo\u0161 dodati u umak za pire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da je ovo klasi\u010dni mesni umak koji se koristi i za neka druga jela, ako ga \u010de\u0161\u0107e pripremate, ja ga na primjer nekad koristim i za tjesteninu, povremeno treba ne\u0161to malo promijeniti ili dodati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se dodati i sos paradajz, curry, ajvar, pasirana raj\u010dica&#8230; Kao i drugi za\u010dini koje ina\u010de koristite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Curry je zanimljiv jer na taj na\u010din umak postaje pikantnijeg okusa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje meso za umak?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso se mo\u017ee koristiti bilo koje. Kada se radi meso s umakom koristim meso bez kosti odnosno ako kupujete narezano mo\u017ee i meso za gula\u0161. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koristim svinjetinu, junetinu ili teletinu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teletina bude br\u017ee gotova. Svinjetina i junetina se mogu pojedina\u010dno koristiti ili mije\u0161ano, tada uglavnom stavljam omjer pola svinjetina pola junetina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso bez kosti, lopatica je najbolji izbor, ali mo\u017ee i but, vrat&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biftek je tako\u0111er dobar izbor, ali on bude br\u017ee gotov te je meso dovoljno dinastati desetak minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso se mo\u017ee narezati na manje ili ve\u0107e komade a o tome \u0107e ovisiti i duljina dinstanja mesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo dinstati meso?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno o tome koje je meso i koliki su komadi mesa. \u0160to su komadi mesa ve\u0107i, to <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biftek je dovoljno, ako je narezan na sitne komade, dinstati 10 minuta, potom dodati bra\u0161no i jo\u0161 20 minuta sve skupa kuhati. Kod bifteka treba uzeti u obzir da se meso dosta skupi, odnosno da ga nakon dinstanja bude manje nego na po\u010detku, pa neka vas to ne zbuni i da se ne \u010dini da je previ\u0161e mesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junetinu dinstati 50-60 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svinjetinu 40-50 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teletinu oko 30 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga se dodaje bra\u0161no, pa voda, i onda s umakom skupa kuhati jo\u0161 dvadesetak minuta da se pove\u017ee.
