Punjene paprike odnosno filane paprike ili filovane paprike, kako se negdje zovu su klasi\u010dne paprike punjene ri\u017eom i mesom, mogu de dodati luk ili mrkva, koje se kuhaju. Punjene paprike se mogu i pe\u0107i, a takve se pune ri\u017eom ili krumpirom. paprike, vegete i soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema punjenih paprika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ri\u017eu oprati u hladnoj vodi i stavit u zdjelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati meso i sitno nasjeckani luk i mrkvu, dodati sve za\u010dine dobro smije\u0161ati i ostavit da se malo ujedini dok pripremate paprike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paprike o\u010distiti od repelja oprati i puniti papriku smjesom koju smo ve\u0107 pripremili. Na vrhu paprike napravite udubinu kako biste ostavili mjesta za \u0161irenje ri\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad ste papriku napunili stavljajte je u lonac tako da paprike budu uspravno (slaganje punjenih paprika u lonac mo\u017eete vidjeti ispod na slici). Preliti vodom da teku\u0107ina bude iznad paprika. Bilo bi dobro na punjene paprike u loncu staviti tanjur kako bi paprike ostale na mjestu. Staviti kuhati. Dok se to zagrijava pripremiti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=25045\">zapr\u0161ku za punjene paprike<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masno\u0107u staviti u manji lonac i dodati bra\u0161no i prepr\u017eiti dok ne postane zlatno \u017eute boje. Dodati malo crvene paprike, vegete i soli. Ja sam ovdje stavila i verziju s fantom, budu\u0107i da je to lak\u0161e za one koji nisu sigurni koliko za\u010dina staviti, ili \u017eele br\u017ee biti gotovi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj recept jednostavno prilago\u0111ava koli\u010dini potrebnih paprika. Ukoliko radite za ve\u0107e okupljanje punjene paprike samo proporcionalno uve\u0107ajte smjesu. Ne\u0107ete morati dodatno produ\u017eavati vrijeme kuhanja, osim \u0161to \u0107e trebati ne\u0161to du\u017ee da ve\u0107a koli\u010dina prokuha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punjene paprike su ranije bile obrok koji se pripremao u sezoni svje\u017eih paprika, no danas se ovo jelo mo\u017ee pripremati tijekom cijele godine. Iako se za blagdane \u010de\u0161\u0107e pravi sarma, punjene paprike su tako\u0111er dobar izbor, bilo da \u017eelite promjenu ili ne volite kiseli kupus. Punjene paprike su tako\u0111er jelo \u010dija priprema ne traje dugo, a mo\u017ee se pripremiti jednostavno za ve\u0107i broj gostiju, a niti kuhanje ne zahtijeva puno posu\u0111a i anga\u017emana budu\u0107i da kad su punjene paprike stavljene u lonac, a nakon \u0161to prokuhaju trebate ih smanjiti i pustit da se kuhaju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najkompliciraniji dio, odnosno dio koji zahtjeva najvi\u0161e vremena, je \u010di\u0161\u0107enja paprika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapr\u0161ka se mo\u017ee dodati i kasnije, ali se svi sastojci bolje sjedine ako i zapr\u0161ku dodate odmah na po\u010detku. Ovakve kuglice bi bilo bolje dodati u lonac s punjenim paprikama kada ve\u0107 voda prokuha kako bi smanjili mogu\u0107nost njihovog raspadanja.
