Ne samo da se mo\u017ee kombinirati meso, nego i povr\u0107e, krumpir i mrkva se uobi\u010dajeno dodaju, ali mo\u017ee i neko drugo povr\u0107e, a koje nemate mo\u017eete presko\u010diti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci<\/strong> za kuhano kiselo zelje (kiseli kupus)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1 glavica kiselog zelja (kupusa)<br>3 krumpira (krumpir mo\u017eete i presko\u010diti ako \u017eelite samo kiseli kupus)<br>1 glavica luka,<br>1 mrkva<br>per\u0161in<br>2 \u010de\u0161nja bijelog luka<br>pola kg suhih rebara<br>prstohvat soli<br>biber \/ papar<br>vegeta (nju mo\u017eete i presko\u010diti ako je ina\u010de ne koristite)<br>mljevena crvena paprika<br>mala \u017elica gustina ili bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema<\/strong> kiselog kuhanog kiselog zelja (kiselog upusa)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kupus izrezati na sitnije komadi\u0107e oprati u mlakoj vodi, pripremiti i oprati rebra, luk i mrkvu, staviti u nama\u0161tenu \u0161erpu i preko toga kiselo narezano zelje, posuti za\u010dinima, preliti vodom toliko da je voda iznad smjese, stavit da se kuha oko 2 sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim bra\u0161no ili gustin pomije\u0161ati u dec vode dobro ujediniti i salit na kuhano zelje i neka kuha jo\u0161 oko pet minuta. Ukoliko ne \u017eelite dodavati bra\u0161no mo\u017eete izvaditi jedan krumpir i dobro zgnje\u010diti, te ga vratiti u lonac. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ovo je recept sa suhim rebrima, ali na identi\u010dan na\u010din mo\u017eete koristiti i bilo koje drugo suho meso. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako \u017eelite koristiti svje\u017ee meso, tada bi njega trebalo prvo prepr\u017eiti par minuta, da dobije boju a potom na njega staviti kiseli kupu i ostalo povr\u0107e, i potom za\u010dine i vodu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Osnovni recept mo\u017eete prilago\u0111avati svojim \u017eeljama, i onome \u0161to trenutno imate na raspolaganju.
