za\u010dina)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sarma &#8211; priprema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Odvojiti listove kupusa\/zelja od korijena i oprati u hladnoj vodi. Meso, ri\u017eu i za\u010dine zajedno pomije\u0161ati i u svaki list od zelja\/kupusa stavljati po jednu veliku \u017elicu te mje\u0161avine mesa i za\u010dina, saviti list i napraviti sarmu. Detaljnije: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=25488\">Kako se mota i puni sarma \u2013 video \u2013 \u2013 Recepti <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavljati u nama\u0161ten lonac, redati sarmu jednu do druge preliti hladnom vodom (nemojte soliti vodu) i staviti da se kuha oko 2 sata na laganoj vatri. Ako ne dodajete bijeli luk u smjesu s mesom, par re\u017eanja \u010de\u0161njaka se mo\u017ee dodati u teku\u0107inu da se iskuha uz sarmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poja\u010dajte \u0161tednjak da sarma prokuha, a potom smanjite na laganu temperaturu i dalje kuhajte u poklopljenom loncu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je sarma gotova odvojite \u017elicu teku\u0107ine i probajte da li je dovoljno slana. Ako nije mo\u017eete dodati malo soli ili napraviti zapr\u0161ku i dodati u sarmu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zapr\u0161ka za sarmu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapr\u0161ku mo\u017eete, a i ne morate napraviti i dodati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ulju odvojeno popr\u017eite malo bra\u0161na (oko jednu ju\u0161nu \u017elicu) dok ne dobije zlatnu boju, dodati crvene paprike (oko pola \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice) i preliti s oko 1 dcl vode. Pusti da malo proklju\u010da. Takvu zapr\u0161ku dodati u lonac sa sarmom i kuhati jo\u0161 desetak minuta. Stoga \u010dak i ako ne koristite ina\u010de svinjsku mast, ovo je recept u koji mo\u017eete dodati \u017elicu masti. kupusa veli\u010dine cca 2 kg mo\u017ee iza\u0107i od 25 do 35 sarmi, ovisno o glavici kupusa, odnosno da li su listovi manji ili ve\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremanje sarme na prvu djeluje komplicirano, ali sarma se \u010desto radi u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama, te se mo\u017ee par dana \u010duvati u hladnjaku, stoga se vrijedi potruditi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept poslala:
