Izrezati na rezance i pomije\u0161ati sa o\u010di\u0161\u0107enim i izrezanim mandarinama i limunom (najbolje u blednderu ili sjeckalici), dodati \u0161e\u0107er, pa pustiti da prokuha, smanjiti temperaturu, te uz povremeno mije\u0161anje kuhati na laganoj vatri 45 minuta. Toplo uliti u vrele staklenke.
