Stoga nije ni \u010dudno da su se za mnoga jela i kola\u010de razvile i brze varijante recepata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za razliku od standardnog recepta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=13574\">Oblatne \u2013 jednostavni starinski recept \u2013 Recepti<\/a>, ova brza verzija se rijetko pravi, odnosno ne pravi bez kakaa ili \u010dokolade, budu\u0107i da nema dovoljno vremena da bi se \u0161e\u0107er dovoljno karamelizirao, te da bi kola\u010d dobio okus po kojem je poznat. Ako vidite da dobro funkcionira, mo\u017eete drugi put probati i bez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malo du\u017ee, par minuta du\u017ee \u0107e mo\u017eda trebati kuhati fil koji se radi od manje masnog mlijeka, ali mo\u017ee ovisiti i o tipu maslaca, pa i o \u010dokoladi. Potrebno je dobiti jednoli\u010dnu, homogenu masu, koja treba biti gu\u0161\u0107a, ne mora biti skroz gusta kao puding kad se kuha, ali mora biti gusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mazati, odnosno nanositi fil na jednu po jednu koru oblatne. Kora oblatne s ravnijim rubom treba biti prema plohi, a ma\u017eete onu stranu koja ima ve\u0107a udubljenja. Na taj na\u010din \u0107e krema ljep\u0161e u\u0107i u te rupi i kola\u010d biti dovoljno bogat kremom. Kada ste nanijeli kremu na cijeli list oblatne, na njega stavite novi list, opet po istom principu, da je ravnija strana prema dole, odnosno poklapa donju i kremu, a gornja strana je ona s ve\u0107im udubljenjima u koju \u0107e se sada mazati nova krema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nanesite kremu skroz do rubova, kako rubovi kola\u010da ne bi ostali suhi, ali ipak smanjite koli\u010dinu kreme, jer kada stavite sljede\u0107u koru treba sve malo pritisnuti kako bi se kore spojile, te \u0107e vi\u0161ak kreme od sredine krenuti prema rubovima, a vi\u0161ak na rubovima \u0107e curiti prema vani.
