Dodajte meso izrezano na komadi\u0107e i papriku, posolite i poklopljeno pirjajte, uz povremeno dolijevanje vode, dok meso ne omek\u0161a, ali minimalno 2 sata. Vode treba dolijevati toliko da dobijete \u017eeljenu gusto\u0107u. Nema to\u010dnog pravila. Zatim paprika\u0161 rasporedite u posude (za koliko ste obroka pripremili) i ohladite. Stavite u vre\u0107icu, zave\u017eite i zamrznite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trajnost:<\/strong> 2 mjeseca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odmrzavanje i dogotovljavanje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Paprika\u0161 ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi oko 2 sata. Istresite ga u ve\u0107i lonac, dodajte vegetu i pustite da zakipi. Dodajte kiselu papriku, o\u010di\u0161\u0107enu i izrezanu na ve\u0107e komade. Kratko prokuhajte. Poslu\u017eite uz kuhane \u0161iroke rezance ili neku drugu tjesteninu po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je jelo pomalo neobi\u010dnog okusa na one koji su navikli na klasi\u010dne doma\u0107e paprika\u0161e, radi dodavanja kiselih paprika ili o\u010dekuju kako \u0107e jelo sli\u010diti na satara\u0161. Me\u0111utim, izvrsnog je okusa, a to \u0161to je druga\u010dije od o\u010dekivanog je njegova prednost jer unosi raznolikost u kuhinju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimski paprika\u0161 izvrsno je jelo za zaposlene \u017eene, jer omogu\u0107ava da se pripremi vi\u0161e obroka. te se po potrebi jelo brzo odmrzava i dogotovi. Zatim u lonac stavite manju koli\u010dinu vode, dodajte zamrznuti paprika\u0161, poklopite lonac, te pustiti da se na laganoj vatri odledi. U ovom slu\u010daju odmrzavanje \u0107e i\u0107i ekspresno jer voda brzo prodijereva u zamrznutu hranu i jako brzo je otapa. Ovisno koja paprika se melje i su\u0161i, o tome \u0107e ovisiti boja i okus mljevene paprike.
