{"id":12879,"date":"2018-07-23T08:02:07","date_gmt":"2018-07-23T06:02:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=12879"},"modified":"2025-10-02T06:02:41","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T04:02:41","slug":"musaka-od-tikvica-i-starog-kruha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=12879","title":{"rendered":"Musaka od tikvica i starog kruha"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Musaka od tikvica i starog kruha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci:<br>\n6-8 jaja<br>\n200 g mladog sira<br>\n100 g ribanog parmezana<br>\n1\/4 \u017elice tobasco umaka<br>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<br>\n1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice svje\u017ee mljevenog papra<br>\n750 ml ribanih ili sitno nasjeckanih tikvica<br>\n4-5 svje\u017eih raj\u010dica<br>\n20 listova svje\u017eeg bosiljka<br>\n4 kri\u0161ke starijeg kruha narezanog na kockice<br>\npo potrebi maslinovo ulje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema:<br>\nZagrijati pe\u0107nicu na 200C stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ve\u0107oj posudi umutiti jaja sa sirom dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu, dodati parmezan, tobasco umak, sol i papar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isjeckati raj\u010dice na sitne komade, pa dobro iscijediti te\u010dnost, dodati bosiljak, ocije\u0111ene raj\u010dice i narendanu tikvicu dodati smjesi od umu\u0107enih jaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navla\u017eiti kruh s malo vode, pa ga ocijediti pomo\u0107u kuhinjskog papira pa vla\u017ean kruh dodati smjesi od jaja, sve dobro pomije\u0161ati da se sjedini.<br>\nVatrostalnu zdjelu veli\u010dine 22cmX34cm podmazati dobro s maslinovim uljem.
