Broja jaja prilagodite broju \u0161nita kruha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema pohanog kruha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutiti jaja s malo mlijeka (vode), soli i papra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kruh narezati na kri\u0161ke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umakati svaku kri\u0161ku u umu\u0107eno jaje, natopiti s jedne te okrenuti kako bi se natopila kri\u0161ka kruha i s druge strane.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u017eiti na ulju. Nakon par minuta (ovisno o temperaturi) okrenuti jednu \u0161nitu, ako izgleda pe\u010deno, okrenuti i ostale. Potom pr\u017eiti jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta kruh i s druge strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pohane kri\u0161ke kruha nije potrebno pr\u017eiti u dubokom ulju, dovoljno je malo ulja u tavi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava se mo\u017ee poklopiti ako su vam deblje \u0161nite kruha kako bi br\u017ee i unutar kruha jaja bila gotova, ali ni ne mora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohani stari kruh<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je odli\u010dan recept kada niste sigurni \u0161to pripremiti za doru\u010dak ili kada nemamo svije\u017eeg kruha, te odli\u010dan na\u010din da se smanji bacanje kruha.&nbsp;Vi\u0161e ideja za doru\u010dak: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=26602\">Ideje za doru\u010dak \u2013 30 brzih ideja za doru\u010dak, od tradicionalnih do internacionalnih \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pohani kruh je na\u010din i da se kruh obogati s novim sastojcima, kao i odli\u010dan na\u010din&nbsp;da se konzumira vi\u0161e jaja. U smjesu za pohanje starog kruha mo\u017ee se dodati i neke za\u010dine kako se bi se promijenio ili obogatio okus, od papra, do kurkume ili \u010dili papri\u010dice. Op\u0107enito sve \u0161to bi stavili u kajganu mo\u017eete staviti i u smjesu za pohanje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohani stari kruh<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pohani stari kruh se mo\u017ee jesi sa slanim namazima, suhomesnatim proizvodima, ali i sa slatkim namazima ili kompotom. Odli\u010dno ide uz jogurt, posebno kremasti gr\u010dki jogurt, uz povr\u0107e, salate..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Raznovrsnost ovog jela je velika, ali njegova glavna prednost je \u0161to je gotovo za manje od 10 minuta. U tih 10 minuta od starog kruha i da nemate ideju \u0161to doru\u010dkovati, do\u0111ete do toplog, svje\u017eeg i ukusnog jela i odli\u010dnog doru\u010dka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to pohati stari kruh?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo jelo je dobro iz vi\u0161e razloga, a kao prvo od starog kruha napravite novi obrok. Kada imate ideju kako se mogu iskoristititi ostatci kruha i od njih napraviti novo i ukusno jelo, manje se morate brinuti oko toga da uvijek za doru\u010dak imamo svje\u017e kruh. Ovo jelo je brzo gotovo, skoro kao i bilo koja priprema jaja, ali smanjuje potrebu da se uvijek ujutro ima svje\u017ei kruh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz to smanjuje se koli\u010dina otpada. Stari kruh se ne baca, osim \u0161to se ne baca smanjuje se i potreba da se \u017euri uvijek kupiti manje koli\u010dine svje\u017eeg kruha. Kada se stvori navika iskori\u0161tavanja starog kruha, lak\u0161e je imati ne\u0161to spremno za jelo i kad kruh nije svje\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pove\u0107avamo raznovrsnost prehrane.
