Kad omek\u0161a, ocijediti ga i narezati u kolutove. Preliti ga marinadom od ulja, soka od limuna, octa, papra i nasjeckanog per\u0161inovog lista. Salata treba stajati neko vrijeme u marinadi.<br>\nKuhani celer se mo\u017ee preliti i majonezom.
