Kad krumpir omek\u0161a, oguliti ga i narezati na tanke kolutove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posudu staviti veliku \u017elicu maslaca ili druge masno\u0107e, dodati glavicu sitno sjeckanog luka, pr\u017eiti 5 do 10 minuta, dok luk ne omek\u0161a. Krumpir ubaciti na luk, dodati sve za\u010dine i dobro promije\u0161ati. Podliti s par \u017elica vode kako bi se za\u010dini sjedinili. Nastaviti pr\u017eiti dok sve ne po\u010dne poprimati zla\u0107anu boju. Servirati na tanjure i posuti s malo per\u0161ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restani krumpir na francuski na\u010din<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir na francuski na\u010din ima razli\u010dite varijante. Dok su neki recepti za francuski krumpir sli\u010dni na\u0161oj musaki, ovaj francuski restani krumpir je specifi\u010dan po za\u010dinima, iako su to i za\u010dini koji se uobi\u010dajeno kod nas koriste. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e krumpir na francuski na\u010din zna\u010di pomfrit. I to \u0107e se i u mnogim drugim zemljama podrazumijevati da su francuski krumpiri\u0107i ustvari pomfrit. No, s obzirom da je naziv dosta \u0161irok, francuska kuhinja je raznolika, tako se i naziv za francuski krumpir koristi za razli\u010dita jela, a \u0161ta tko pod tim pojmom podrazumijeva \u010desto ovisi i na \u0161to je navikao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restani krumpir na francuski na\u010din se priprema na skoro isti na\u010din kao i kod nas uz dodatak za\u010dina, te se koristi maslac. Glavni za\u010din je ovdje crvena paprika koja daje druga\u010diju boju jelu, ali i specifi\u010dan okus. Nakon kuhanja krumpir se mo\u017ee oguliti ili ako imate doma\u0107i mladi krumpir ne mora se guliti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se nakon kuhanja re\u017ee na plo\u0161ke debljine cca 0,5 cm do 1 cm. Ako su tanje krumpir \u0107e biti nakon pr\u017eenja hrskaviji.
