U posudu staviti \u017elicu maslaca, na zagrijani maslac ubacit krumpir, pa ga pr\u017eiti dok se ne zarumeni. U ispr\u017eeni krumpir dodati sitno sjeckano per\u0161inovo li\u0161\u0107e, potom ga preliti s 150 ml vrhnja i ostaviti da kuha jo\u0161 10 min.
