{"id":12137,"date":"2022-01-23T08:26:38","date_gmt":"2022-01-23T06:26:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=12137"},"modified":"2025-10-02T10:57:56","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T08:57:56","slug":"kukuruzni-kruh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=12137","title":{"rendered":"Kukuruzni kruh s maslacem i mlijekom"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kukuruzni kruh s maslacem i mlijekom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kukuruzni kruh s mlijekom i maslacem je varijanta kukuruznog kruha u koji se dodaje maslac ili margarin i mlijeko \u0161to mu daje druga\u010diji i malo bogatiji okus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<br><\/strong>&#8211; 10 vrhom punih \u017elica kukuruznog bra\u0161no<br>&#8211; 20 g margarina ili maslaca<br>&#8211; 2 dl mlijeka<br>&#8211; 1 vrhom puna mala \u017elica soli<br>&#8211; pola male \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era<br>&#8211; glatko bra\u0161no  (16 -20 vrhom punih velikih \u017elica )<br>&#8211; 13 g svje\u017eeg kvasca (tre\u0107inu digo kocke)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 10 velikih \u017elica kukuruznog bra\u0161na ofurite s vrelom vodom da dobijete meku smjesu.&nbsp; Pustite da se potpuno ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Stavite u jednu posudu razmrvljeni kvasac, \u0161e\u0107er i \u017elicu glatkog bra\u0161na, te zalijte s 2 dl mlakog mlijeka. Pomije\u0161ajte i pustite da se di\u017ee 15 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp; U veliku posudu umije\u0161ajte hladnu kukuruznu smjesu, \u017elicu soli, maslac ili margarin, glatkog bra\u0161na prema potrebi (oko 16 -20 vrhom punih velikih \u017elica), te jo\u0161 vode ako je potrebno. Trebalo bi se po\u010deti odvajat od posude ako je dobro izmije\u0161ano. Pustite da nadolazi 60 minuta. Povremeno pomije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Prebacite u nauljeni plah za pe\u010denje. Rubove navucite prema sredini, te brzim pokretom prevrnite tijesto, tako da nauljena strana bude gore, a kruh bude pravilnog kru\u017enog oblika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pokrijte i ostavite 20 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu. Pecite na 200 stupnjeva 20 minuta.
