Skuhati i 1\/4 kg ri\u017ee u slanoj vodi. Skuhane gljive i ri\u017eu ocijediti od vode, gljive narezati, pa pomije\u0161ati s ri\u017eom. U gljive dodati malo papra, sol, glavicu popr\u017eenog luka, 1 jaje i sitno nasjeckano li\u0161\u0107e per\u0161ina. Masu dobro izmije\u0161ati pa praviti valj\u010di\u0107e. Panirati svaki valj\u010di\u0107 (uvaljati ga prvo u bra\u0161no, potom u umu\u0107eno jaje te na koncu u sitno tucanu \u017eemlju). U posudu staviti mast, zagrijati je dobro na \u0161tednjaku, pa valj\u010di\u0107e pr\u017eiti.
