Ispod su dva recepta jedan za pire od graha koji se skuhao i pire od graha iz limenke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da je samo kuhanje graha zahtjevan proces, pire d graha naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e radim kada ve\u0107 radim salatu od graha ili grah po nekom drugom receptu, skuham vi\u0161e graha i ostavim u hladnjak, pa za dva dana napravim grah po nekom drugom receptu. Ili zamrznem grah i odledim,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za pire od graha<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>grah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maslac (ili neka druga masno\u0107a)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crveni luk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010de\u0161njak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mljevena paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010dili<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah je uvijek potrebno namo\u010diti preko no\u0107i, ujutro ocijediti i staviti u svje\u017eu vodu te staviti na \u0161tednjak da prokuha, kuhati 5 minuta, procijediti. Ponovno staviti kuhati u svje\u017eoj vodi, kuhati dva sata. Za intenzivniji okus mo\u017ee i malo \u010dilija. Dodati grah. Posoliti i popapriti. Sve izmije\u0161ati, a ako je suho doliti vode u kojoj se kuhao grah kako bi dobili gusto\u0107u koju \u017eelite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se pire od graha servira posuti sirom ili komadi\u0107ima pr\u017eene slanine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pire od graha s maslinovim uljem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>kuhani grah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maslinovo ulje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo soli i papra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema pirea od graha na maslinovom ulju<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavu staviti maslinovo ulje i dodati re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka, dodati kuhani grah, malo papra i soli po potrebi (ovisno koliko je slan ve\u0107 skuhani grah), te sve skupa pr\u017eiti 5-7 minuta da se okusi pomije\u0161aju. Re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka mo\u017ee se izvaditi ili zajedno s grahom prebaciti u blender i ujedna\u010diti. Dodati malo vode u kojoj se kuhao grah, ili prokuhane slane vode, ako niste sada kuhali grah. Kuhati grah dok potpuno\u00a0 ne omek\u0161a, kada je skuhan ocijediti ga, ocjedak staviti na stranu, a grah propasirat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posudi napraviti zapr\u0161ku od \u017elice bra\u0161na, te u upr\u017eeno bra\u0161no dodati na vrh no\u017ea crvene paprike. Ubaciti na zapr\u0161ku pasiran grah, dobro ga izmije\u0161ati, posoliti, pa ako je previ\u0161e gust, zaliti vodom u kojoj se kuhao (ili dodati malo vru\u0107e vode) i ostaviti ga kuhati sa zapr\u0161kom. Poslu\u017eiti ga uz razli\u010dite odreske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo s<strong>e <\/strong>mo\u017ee \u010duvati pire od graha?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire od graha se mo\u017ee \u010duvati do tri dana u hladnjaku. No, ako ste radili od zamrznutog graha, tada bi ga trebalo potro\u0161iti isti dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire od graha se mo\u017ee i zamrznuti, no, bolja opcija je da se zamrzne kuhani grah, a onda se od njega napravi pire, budu\u0107i da priprema ne traje dugo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pire od graha<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=6696\">Pire od krumpira<\/a> je najpopularnija vrsta pirea, ali nije jedina.
