Mahunama dodati malo papra i prebaciti ih u dobro podmazan i mrvicama posipan kalup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U kalup prvo staviti tanak sloj mahuna, preliti ga kiselim vrhnjem, zaliti s malo maslaca ili masti i&nbsp; posuti s malo \u010de\u0161njaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako redati naizmjence sloj mahuna, pa sloj kiselog vrhnja i maslaca ili masti i posipati \u010de\u0161njakom dok se ne potro\u0161e mahune i za\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gornji red treba biti od mahuna, zatim preliti sve ma\u0161\u0107u ili maslacem, posipati kru\u0161nim mrvicama i pe\u0107i 1\/2 sata, toliko da se mahune zarumene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zape\u010dene mahune s vrhnjem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahune se prvo malo propr\u017ee kako bi omek\u0161ale, a potom se sla\u017eu u dublji pleh ili vatrostalnu posudu.
