Na dasku stavite bra\u0161no (najprije manju koli\u010dinu), u sredinu vru\u0107i propasirani krumpir, margarin, jaje i sol. Umijesite tijesto i podijelite ga na 2-3 dijela. Oblikujte valjke i izrezujte komadi\u0107e tijesta jednake veli\u010dine. Od svakog komadi\u0107a napravite okruglicu pa svaku lagano pritiskaju\u0107i prstina povucite preko sitno rupi\u010dastog ribe\u017ea kojem ste ru\u010dku okrenuli prema dolje. Oblikovane valju\u0161ke (njoke) slo\u017eite na pladanj jedan do drugog i zamrznite. Nakon 2 sata stavite ih u vre\u0107ice, zave\u017eite i vratite u zamrziva\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Odmrzavanje i dogotovljavanje:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Smrznute valju\u0161ke(njoke) stavite u kipu\u0107u posoljenu vodu i kuhajte oko 15 min. Vadite ih rupi\u010dastom lopaticom i stavite u zdjelu. Prelijte ih gotovim umakom i odmah poslu\u017eite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Umak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Masalc stavite u posudu i otopite na \u0161tednjaku, dodajte vrhnje i mije\u0161ajte dok ne zakipi. Dodajte gorgonzolu izrezanu na kocke, sol, papar, mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 i razmu\u0107eni gustin.
