U me\u0111uvremenu na malo ulja popr\u017eite izrezanu slaninu i jetrica. Kada pile omek\u0161a izvadite ga iz juhe, kosti odstranite a meso dvaput sameljite zajedno sa slaninom i jetricom. Toj smjesi dodajte senf, papar, sol, limunov sok, sitno nasjeckane krastavce i pjenasto izmije\u0161ani margarin. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte i po potrebi za\u010dinite. Ako \u017eelite mo\u017eete dodati nasjeckane kapare i sardel-pastu. Smjesu dobro utisnite u nama\u0161\u0107en duguljasti kalup i stavite u hladnjak da se ohladi. Pa\u0161tetu istresite na pladanj, otvoreno je zamrznite (oko 2 sata), umotajte u alu-foliju, stavite u vre\u0107icu, zatvorite i ponovno zamrznite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trajnost<\/strong>: 2 mjeseca<\/p>\n<p><strong>Odmrzavanje i dogotovljavanje:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pa\u0161tetu odmrzavajte na sobnoj temperaturi. Prije nego \u0161to se potpuno odmrzne izre\u017eite je na plo\u0161ke debljine oko 1 cm.
