<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Šnicle natučemo, posolimo, popaprimo, pospemo brašnom s jedne strane i naglo ispržimo na vrućem ulju s obje strane. Zatim popržimo nasjeckani luk, očišćene i nasjeckane srdele i peršinovo lišće. Zalijemo juhom od kosti ili vodom, dodamo limunovu koricu i pirjamo dok meso ne omekša. Prije posluživanja okus poboljšamo kiselim vrhnjem.</p>
<p><strong>Vrijeme pripremanja i pirjanja:</strong> 2 sata.</p>

2 žumanjka<br />
4 dag šećera<br />
2 dag kvasca<br />

limunova kora</p>
<p><strong>Nadjev:</strong><br />
1 dl vode<br />
14 dag šećera<br />
20 dag oguljenih mljevenih badema<br />
limunova kora<br />
2-3 žlice ruma<br />
7 dag grožđica<br />
razmućeno jaje</p>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong><br />
U brašnu razmrvimo maslac, dodamo jaje, oba žumanjka, šećer, sol, naribanu limunovu koru i kvasac. Zamijesimo tijesto, ostavimo ga da se diže a zatim razvaljamo u pravokutnu plohu debljine ruba noža. Namažemo nadjevom, savijemo u savijaču i stavimo u lim za pečenje da se digne. Kada dvostruko naraste, namažemo ga razmučenim jajetom i pečemo pola sata u vrućoj pećnici. Ohlađeni kolač narežemo na kose ploške<br />

<p><strong>Priprema i zamrzavanje:</strong><br />
Kokoš izrežite na komadiće i odvojite suvišnu masnoću. Pomiješajte 3 žlice ulja, vegetu, sol i vinjak pa tom mješavinom natrljajte narezano meso. Pustite da kraće vrijeme odstoji. Na preostalom ulju popržite sitno nasjeckani luk, dodajte oguljene i izrezane rajčice i kratko propirjajte. Zatim dodajte kokoš i sve navedene začine, te zalijte vinom. Pirjajte na niskoj temperaturi povremeno dolijevajući po malo vode ili juhe. Pripazite da se jelo ne kuha na jakoj vatri. Kuhanu, ali ne i do kraja skuhanu kokoš ohladite i zamrznite.</p>
<p><strong>Trajnost: </strong>2 mjeseca</p>
<p><strong>Odmrzavanje i dogotovljavanje:</strong><br />
Jelo ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi oko 2 sata, a onda ga ugrijte na laganoj vatri i umiješajte usitnjeni češnjak i peršinovo lišće, te po želji još začinite. Poslužite sa žgancima.</p>

Priprema: </strong><br />
Ugrijte maslinovo ulje u većoj tavi za prženje, dodajte nasjeckani luk i češnjak i pirjajte oko 5 minuta, dok ne omekšaju, povremeno miješajući. Dodajte komadiće piletine i okrećući ih pržite oko 4 minute.<br />
Umiješajte nasjeckanu rajčicu, bijelo vino, slatko vrhnje i prokuhajte. Smanjite temperaturu i lagano kuhajte oko 5 minuta. Umiješajte kozice i taragon, začinite solju i paprom. Zagrijte umak na laganoj vatri.<br />
U međuvremenu, zakuhajte poveći lonac s vodom i malo soli i dodajte dva lista tijesta za lazanje. Neka kuhaju oko 2 minute, miješajte da se ne zalijepe. Izvadite ih i držite toplima. Ponovite s ostalim listovima.<br />
Prerežite svaki list lazanja po polovicu. Postavite dva komada na svaki topli tanjur i podijelite između njih polovicu smjese piletine.<br />
Na vrh stavite drugi list lazanja i podijelite ostatak smjese između njih. Na vrh stavite konačni sloj lazanja, prelijte umakom, ukrasite sa stručkom taragona i poslužite.</p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Odvojeno pripraviti različito očišćeno povrće (po 1/2 kg): oguljeni krumpir, mrkvu, mahune i grašak. Svako povrće zasebno skuhati u slanoj vodi, ocijediti ga od vode i staviti u posudu, pa ga preliti s dosta vrućeg maslaca. Pri stavljanju u zdjelu, odvojiti svako povrće u zasebu grupu, pa sve još preliti i vrućim maslacom i prženim mrvicama. Poslužiti kao prilog pečenju.</p>

<h3>Čokokiko – sladoled od čokolade i kikirikija</h3>
<p><strong>Sastojci:</strong><br />
0,5l vode<br />
4 žlice šećera<br />
300g cokolade<br />
200g kikirikija<br />
<strong>Priprema:</strong><br />
Prokuhati 0,5l vode i 4 žlice šećera da se dobije uspinovana masa. Kada provrije dodati 300g čokolade i miješati dok se masa ne zgusne. Kada masa dobije željenu gustoću skloniti sa vatre, ohladiti i u nju dodati 200g kikirikija i dobro promiješati. Dobivenu masu rasporediti u 4 posude ostaviti u zamrzivač da se zamrzne. Dobiveni desert služiti kao sladoled.</p>

Priprema:<br />

Rižu stavite kuhati u kipuću posoljenu vodu u koju ste dodali maslac. Tunu operite, posušite ubrusom i očistite od kostiju i kože. Narežite je na kocke i kratko popržite na vrelom maslinovom ulju. Zatim tunu izvadite i stavite u toplu posudu, a na istom ulju popržite sitno nasjeckani luk i češnjak narezan na listiće. Dodajte nasjeckane rajčice i pirjajte dok tekućina do pola ne ispari. Posolite i popaprite pa dolijte vino i vratite tunu u umak. Kuhajte na umjerenoj temp oko 20 minuta. Na kraju umiješajte nasjeckani peršin i poslužite s kuhanom rižom.</p>

<p>Priprema: Operite i dobro ocijedite jagode, zatim ih prepolovite i očistite. Odvojite dvije žlice šećera za želiranje. Pomiješajte jagode s preostalim šećerom i ostavite preko noći kako bi pustio sok.<br />
Zakuhajte jagode u visokoj posudi na umjerenoj temperaturi, a u međuvremenu popržite bademove listiće bez ulja.<br />
Šećer za želiranje koji ste odvojili pomiješajte s limunskom kiselinom i dodajte jagodama čim zakuhaju. Ostavite da vrije dvije minute, zatim posudu maknite sa štednjaka, umiješajte bademove listiće. Napunite staklenke i zatvorite ih. Tijekom hlađenja nekolik oputa okrenite staklenke.</p>

<p><strong>Priprema i zamrzavanje:</strong><br />
Žemlje izrežite na ploške i prelijte mlijekom. Pjenasto izmiješajte margarin, dodajte jaja i dobro umiješajte. Zatim dodajte namočene žemlje, nasjeckani peršin, posolite i po potrebi dodajte malo mrvica. Ponovno izmiješajte i oblikujte okruglice veličine oraha. Za probu stavite jednu okruglicu kuhati u malo kipuće slane vode. Ako se raskuha dodajte smjesi još malo mrvica ili jedno jaje. Okruglice složite na poslužavnik i zamrznite. Nakon 2 sata okruglice podijelite na obroke, zapakirajte ih u polietilenske vrećice, dobro zatvorite i zamrznite.</p>
<p><strong>Trajnost:</strong> 3 mjeseca.</p>
<p><strong>Odmrzavanje i dogotovljavanje:</strong><br />
Smrznute okruglice stavite u kipuću slanu vodu i kuhajte oko 5 min. Izvadite ih šupljikavom žlicom i poslužite kao prilog pirjanim mesnim jelima.</p>
<p><strong>Napomena:</strong><br />
Ako odjednom stavite previše zamrznutih okruglica u slanu kipuću vodu, temperatura vode se jako snizi i okruglice se mogu raskuhati.</p>

Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Oguliti i narezati 10 krumpira srednje veličine, oprati ih i ostaviti sa strane. U posudu staviti veću kuhaču masti, dodati 2 žlice brašna, a zatim 2 glavice sitno narezanog luka. Sve dobro popržiti i dodati crvene paprike.<br />
Na zapršku ubaciti narezani krumpir, promiješati ga pa zaliti juhom skuhanom od goveđih kostiju na kojima ostavimo malo mesa. Odmah posoliti i zakiseliti octom. Premjestiti jelo u zdjelu, preliti kiselim vrhnjem i poslužiti kao prilog prženim kobasicama ili kosanim odrescima.</p>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Kriške kruha narežemo malim oblikom u okrugle, četverokutne ili trokutaste oblike. Ispržimo ih bez masnoće. Šunku i sir narežemo na iste oblike kao i kruh. Jaja i krastavce narežemo na kolutove. Hladne kruščiće namažemo maslacem sa srdelama ili bilje. Obložimo ih šunkom ili sirom u dva naizmjenična sloja, na to posložimo plošku jaja, kolutove krastavca i po vrhu kapare. Sve probodemo čačkalicom ili plastičnim štapićem.<br />
